Dr. George Deikun, Mission Director, USAID-India visited the zero till wheat fields seeded by turbo seeder with full residue load (7-8 t/ha) as mulch on the surface at Mr. Swaranjeet’s farm in Matiala on April 16, 2008. He was accompanied by Mr. Anand Rurda, (Project Management Specialist, USAID-India), Dr. Himashu Pathak, Mr. Parvesh Chandna, Dr. Mahesh Gathala and Dr. Virender Kumar (Scientists of IRRI/RWC, New Delhi).
