The 16th meeting of National Technical Coordination Committee (NTCC) was held on 01 November, 2008 in the conference room of Director General of BARI under the Chairmanship Dr. Md. Azizur Rahman, National Coordinator for Rice-Wheat Consortium (RWC) and Director (Research), BARI. Mr. Md. Harun-ur-Rashid, Executive Chairman, BARC & Chairman, National Steering Committee (NSC), RWC was present as the Chief Guest and Dr. J. K.
