National Technical Coordination Committee (NTCC) Meeting of Rice-Wheat Consortium (RWC) was organized by Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Kathmandu, Nepal on 28 November 2008 with the objectives for summarizing the progress, new development opportunities and constraints of Resource Conservation Technologies (RCTs) in Nepal. The Meeting was chaired by Mr. P.L. Karna, Acting Executive Director (ED), NARC. Dr. D.P.
